When and where did you decide that video production and filmmaking were going to be your career choice?
It was in high school. I was fortunate enough to take an advanced film theory class and it became obvious I could make a living doing this. Before that, I always had a great love for photography and an immense 'only-child' imagination.

You made a short documentary called Little White Lies. Tell us about that project and what it meant to you.
Little White Lies was my final college project. It was the culmination of all of my sociology and TV classes. The project was an examination of media bias in missing person cases. Who makes the news, who doesn't make the news. There are thousands of missing people at any given time. What factors decide why Greta Van Slutstain runs the Natalie Holloway story for four years. Do you know who Aleshea Penn is?

You never know when you to dip out in hurry. Like Neil McCauley says "Do not have any attachments, do not have anything in your life you are not willing to walk out on in 30 seconds flat if you spot the heat around the corner."

Video games play a large role in modern 20 somthings culturen - why do you think this is? And I know you have an answer because I've seen you host HALO parties in our old apartment.
It's because boys growing up in the 80's were bombarded with similar imagery. Robocop, Star Wars, Terminator, Rambo, and Blade Runner were household names. Now, guys in their 20's can re-engage in their similar boyhood worlds. It is really quite as simple as grown men consciously or subconsciously wanting to play make believe. With the advancements of online gaming you can play with your boys anywhere in the world at any time.

It's clear that Apple Computers Inc. makes some of the best machines on the planet. My question is - who makes the second best?
Korg. They make solid music equipment that just plain works. Much like Apple, if you know how to use one of their products you know how to use them all. A lot of other companies need to take a page from that book. From the MS2000 all the way down the DS-10, they all function pretty much the same.

Hip-hop has long been the genre of "the single" as opposed to "the album". What are three Hip-hop albums that our readers might want to pick up and be able to enjoy all the way through?
The hip-hop album by nature is not really approached as a single body of work, but rather a body of work hoping to have multiple singles.

You're famous for creating new mixed drinks. What have been your favorite amalgamations created thus far?
The mixes usually start with Crown, and then you take it from there. Crown and Blue Top Pop is pretty legit. Although, lately crown and Vanilla Ice Coffee from McDonalds is a fairly good look as well.
